Animoca Brands is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Digital Asset Operations Team. This role is crucial to our organization, as it involves being hands-on with operations of digital assets, ensuring security, efficiency within the rapidly evolving crypto industry. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the ability to navigate various crypto platforms and protocols.
Responsibility
- Digital Asset Operations: Take charge of day-to-day operations related to Animoca’s digital assets balance-sheet operations, including but not limited to cryptocurrencies, tokens, and other digital assets. Monitor transactions, exchanges, and transfers
- Security and Risk Management: Implement robust security measures to protect digital assets from potential threats such as hacks, fraud, and unauthorized access. Stay updated with the latest security practices and protocols in the crypto industry to mitigate risks effectively
- Asset Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of digital assets, including their ownership, transactions, and other relevant data. Report generations for internal stakeholders, providing transparency and accountability
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and enhance digital asset operations. Propose and implement process improvements, automation, and innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Knowledge Sharing: Keep yourself updated with the latest news, trends, developments, and innovations in the crypto industry
Requirement
- Experience in Operations / Trade support, preferably from traditional finance/ crypto industry
- Passionate to pursue a career in crypto industry
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and digital assets
- Familiar with crypto wallet and key management, crypto custodial solutions
- Proficiency in using blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, and trading platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and security
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing crypto industry landscape
