Digital Account Manager

At Evolvery, we pride ourselves on being the leading digital marketing agency in the Baltics, and we're on a mission to help digital businesses reach their full potential. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to join our agency.

In this role, you’ll have to understand the clients’ business environment and identify opportunities to drive sales through various digital marketing channels. You’ll need to supervise the implementation of the strategies, manage the tasks and make sure we are on track with the project budget and scope internally. You are expected to be our main mediator - client’s representative in the agency and our voice in the client’s business. You'll work with the leading brands in the Baltics and beyond (from Scandinavia to Australia).

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom digital strategies and solutions that move businesses forward: SEO, SEM, user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO), social networks, content marketing, display advertising and everything digital
  • Drive business growth through existing clients, develop a proactive action plan for your accounts in order to maximize their ROI and income from digital marketing channels
  • Ensure that all campaigns and solutions are efficiently executed to the highest level of client's satisfaction
  • Exceed expectations in terms of ROI, client relationships and account revenue
  • Make sure you always have fresh ideas for new stories according to the latest digital marketing trends

Requirements

  • Been there, done that is a big plus
  • Extensive experience in managing intricate client relationships, demonstrating your ability to be the voice of our agency and the client's advocate
  • Understanding of diverse digital marketing channels and trends
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with prior experience in managing teams and guiding them towards exceptional performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external clients
  • Strategic mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for business growth and implementing tailored solutions
  • Being proactive and open-minded in terms of communication and relationship building
  • Well organized, trustworthy and capable of driving change
  • Passion for staying ahead in the digital landscape, consistently seeking fresh insights and trends to drive innovation

Salary starting at 3300 Eur (gross, for full time, 0.75 possible) + quarterly performance bonuses.
