Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scope, planning, budgeting, definition, and initiation of digital accounts and projects.
  • Serve as the main account contact and cultivate relationships with clients through day-to-day interactions and account servicing.
  • Become familiar with the client’s business objectives, communication strategies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to client’s needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of campaigns and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan, execute, and manage projects, including but not limited to influencer campaigns, client events, and social media campaigns.
  • Develop and execute social media, influencer marketing strategies, and creative campaigns.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
  • Liaise with internal teams to create and coordinate communication strategies that work across different channels.
  • Knowledge of digital, mobile and social media environments and experience across a range of analytics platforms preferred.

Requirements

  • Degree qualifications with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role or within integrated marketing communications organizations.
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies.
  • Experience in paid social on global and Chinese social media is a must.
  • In depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong networking aptitude.
  • Familiarity with global influencers and media relationships; experience working with global influencers in fashion, sustainability, or tech is a plus.
  • Understanding of macro topics, such as global economy, environment protection and international relations, would be a big plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
  • Fluency in Mandarin & Cantonese would be a bonus
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered for the Senior Account Executive position
