EquipmentShare is searching for a Diesel Fleet Technician to service the Company's McKinney, TX market. We’re seeking a Diesel Fleet Technician who loves a challenge and wants the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced company. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on malfunction or breakdown on trucks and trailers.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Inspect, repair, maintain, and test trucks and trailers at maintenance intervals. 
• Maintain trucks and trailers to new state or DOT standards.
• Maintain and repair brakes, braking systems, and all related chassis components.
• Complete annual inspections.
• Travel to different areas.
• Nights and weekends/2nd and 3rd shift.

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required 
• At least 2 years of diesel mechanic experience required
• Welding experience required
• Air Brake Certification required 
• DOT Inspector Certification preferred 
• Must have proper tools 
• Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
