We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our dynamic team for an exciting international project. This is a great opportunity to take on a key leadership role in managing testing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to the success of a global initiative.
- Oversee and manage the testing process throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate testing efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of test plans.
- Ensure testing activities meet project timelines, goals, and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on test progress, issues, and results to stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for testing-related queries and concerns within the project.
- Identify risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Foster strong collaboration between team members and external stakeholders.
- Lead and support the testing team, offering guidance and coaching to junior testers.
- Proven experience in the role of Test Manager (previous experience in a similar function is a must).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in English (the project will be conducted in English, and regular communication with international teams will be required).
- Excellent soft skills, including leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- No prior experience in automation is required.
