DevOps ServiceNow Engineer

Are you a ServiceNow expert looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a critical project at a global scale? Who you are: 

• A ServiceNow expert with at least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience and experience with infrastructure deployment and DevOps practices. 
• Experienced with different facets of ServiceNow including ServiceNow CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, ServiceNow ITAM.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting at an advanced level.
• Familiar with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, and/or Puppet.
• Comfortable administering Windows servers, and able to think critically and troubleshoot complex problems.

What you will do:

• Deploy ServiceNow discovery infrastructure globally across the organization and manage the ongoing operations and maintenance of ServiceNow discovery.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals using technologies like ServiceNow, Windows servers, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Take ownership of a critical project impacting one of the largest financial institutions and continuously learn from senior leaders in the field while helping to advance their initiatives.

It would be awesome if you had:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Lean Methodologies, or Jira.
• Knowledgeable with Networking concepts like Firewalls, Load Balancing, Address Translation, Protocols, Routing, Traffic Analysis, Packet Analysis, Subnetworking, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines and knowledge of source control systems like Git and Git Stash.
• Proficiency in UNIX systems administration and experience in Domain Name System management.
• Certified in ServiceNow application development or previous work experience with a ServiceNow partner consultancy.

This is a Full Time Employment position in Montreal, Canada. The compensation package is based on experience and qualifications.
