Sportradar is hiring a

DevOps Engineer

Full-Time

We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Innovation / Lab team, working on exciting brand-new products in Sportradar’s portfolio.

In the team, we launch, develop, validate, and lead new product ideas using cutting-edge technologies in areas such as computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, data science, and beyond.

Currently, we have one main, microbetting product for table tennis and eSports, which we are taking on an ambitious path towards becoming a platform, as well as several projects in the early stages (automated sports highlights generation, voice synthesis auto commentaries, etc.).

As we currently don’t have a DevOps Engineer on our team and the backend team is handling DevOps-related tasks, we are looking for a specialist who would be more dedicated to this field and improve our IT infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improving and maintaining CI/CD pipeline
  • Implementing a solution for updating configurations for our services from code
  • Supporting changes to the architecture of our microbetting service, as we are developing a marketplace platform based on this
  • Setting up a proper monitoring and alerting pipeline
  • Providing support with troubleshooting if urgent issues occur

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Experience with AWS-based infrastructure (we use EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, ALB, ECR, and more).
  • Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools (we use GitLab CI).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (we use OpenSearch for logging and internal tools for monitoring).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (we use Terraform).

Desirable:

  • Deep PostgreSQL knowledge.

OUR OFFER:

  • The opportunity to work and develop within an inspiring and fast-growing company
  • Collaboration with friendly colleagues from all over the world
  • Modern international company structures and flat hierarchies
  • A highly motivated, award-winning and certified team
  • Education and training including the Sportradar eAcademy
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Team activities, like summer party and Christmas party

Sportradar is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to encourage diversity within our teams. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to among other things, your background, status, or personal preferences
