DevOps Engineer

IKH is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2024 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

We are now looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work as an expert acrossBanking Application implementation projects. You will have the opportunity to work close to our clients, in order to understand their requirements and to translate them to functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins to automate quality checking of Git-managed source code, building, packaging, deployment and unit/integration testing of application modules on various technologies. Underlying platforms include Linux, IBM AIX, Windows, OpenShift container management.
  • Use Jenkins scripted and parameterized pipelines and Jenkins integrations (with Git, Sonarqube, docker, OpenShift, LiquiBase, Database, Microservices, Newman-Postman and a multitude of plugins).
  • Implement and enhance web tools that automate and simplify routine release management, application management, data management tasks. Configure and maintain health-checking and monitoring tools and dashboards using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years of implementation in any of the above.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a distributed team adhering to strict deadlines and challenging targets.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
  • Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities
  • Fulfilled military services obligations (if applicable)

Nice to have:

  • Good understanding of RedHat Enterprise Linux, administration experience
  • Good knowledge and bash/corn/other unix shell scripting
  • Comfortable with scripting in python or another popular scripting language
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Experience from the banking and financial industry
