As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be in charge of ensuring the reliability of our fleet. You'll lead the development and implementation of top-notch monitoring systems, automate tasks for streamlined efficiency, and drive continuous optimization of our hardware and software products for improved quality.
What you will do:
Enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging systems from our primary controller the CiC (Commander in Chief), to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Automate repetitive tasks and processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency of our fleet.
Develop tools to enhance system diagnostics and elevate our fleet management capabilities to new heights.
Mentor and provide guidance to other engineering teams on best practices for reliability engineering and automation.
Lead incident management efforts, including response, resolution, and post-incident analysis, to minimize downtime and impact on customers.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with other engineering teams to resolve them.
Oversee escalations processes to make sure no issues goes un-addressed.
Document processes, technical specifications, and troubleshooting procedures for internal knowledge sharing.
