Your team
Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Designers, Product Managers, and Developers from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.
Your Mission
You’ll ensure that Frontify’s system infrastructure is cared for, maintained, and improved. Working closely with the Product teams here in Switzerland, you’ll find the root cause of bugs and help the team fix them as well as document relevant processes. As a key member of our small team, you will play a crucial role in the development, deployment, and maintenance of our infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and scalability.
Your Story
- You have 2+ years of experience in a DevOps or Systems Engineer role – ideally in the SaaS space.
- You’re comfortable with web servers (Nginx), relational databases (MySQL), and Linux (Amazon Linux/CentOS/RedHat).
- You know of and have worked with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Cloudfront or OpenSearch)
- You have knowledge and experience with Docker containerization, including container orchestration and management.
- You’ve ideally worked with Terraform in the past or would be interested to learn more about.
- You have knowledge of Puppet configuration management (Bonus)
- You have knowledge of CI / CD pipelines.
- You’ve worked cross functionally with Developer Support and Deployment Support roles.
- You’re an IT generalist who’s comfortable shaping and defining the role with us.
- You speak English fluently.
