We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Delivery Loop Team, which is part of our Developer Productivity Pillar. You’ll be responsible for how Webflow engineers build, test, and deliver value to our customers. This year, we have exciting opportunities to help drastically reduce cycle time by 50% or more for Webflow engineers!

- Participate in implementation and maintenance of Webflow’s build system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Contribute to the configuration and management of multiple development environments, providing guidance to ensure consistency across teams and environments.
- Collaborate in defining and enforcing development processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the deployment strategy for production environments, implementing robust rollback mechanisms and monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization in pre-production environments.
- Stay current with emerging DevOps trends and technologies, participate in evaluating and implementing new tools to enhance the development workflow.

About you

- Have 2-5 years of experience deploying and managing large-scale Node.js applications in production environments, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
- Possess a good understanding of cloud-native services like AWS.
- Have a general understanding of how CI/CD pipelines can be tailored for Node.js projects, integrating automated testing and deployment processes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can apply your past experience to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the development and deployment workflows.
- Are passionate about sharing your knowledge and mentoring team members to foster a culture of learning and excellence within the DevOps team.
