We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer passionate about transforming developer experiences and enabling seamless software delivery. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing CI/CD workflows, automating delivery processes, and building tools and systems that empower developers to work efficiently and effectively.

What You Will Do:

  • Pipeline Architecture & Optimization: Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless code integration, testing, and deployment across multiple environments.
  • Developer Experience (DevEx): Innovate by researching and implementing tools, processes, and best practices to enhance the day-to-day workflows of developers, ensuring speed, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Build and manage delivery infrastructure using automation tools and IaC, reducing manual effort and ensuring consistency in deployments.
  • Feature Enablement: Develop and integrate features and tools that empower developers to deliver high-quality software faster while maintaining simplicity and scalability.
  • Performance & Scalability: Continuously optimize delivery pipelines, eliminating bottlenecks and ensuring systems can scale effectively as the team grows.
  • Monitoring & Feedback: Create and enhance monitoring systems for pipelines and workflows, providing proactive insights and actionable feedback to developers.
  • Incident Management & Continuous Improvement: Participate in resolving delivery-related incidents, contributing to postmortems, and evolving our processes to improve reliability and efficiency.

What We Expect:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing CI/CD workflows, delivery pipelines, or developer-focused systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform for automating deployments. Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to support scalable pipeline and environment management. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure) and developer tooling for seamless delivery and operations. Familiarity with observability and performance tools to monitor developer workflows and system health.
  • Programming: Proficient programming/scripting skills in GoLang, NodeJs, or other relevant languages to develop automation scripts, custom tools, and integrations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach to resolving delivery and workflow challenges, enabling developers to operate more efficiently.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the developer experience and optimize delivery systems.
