The Appliances team in ReversingLabs is building top-of-the-class enterprise-focused security products. Our solutions provide users with detailed insight into various types of malware at scale, allow searching through billions of records in the largest threat intelligence database of its kind, and create alerts on millions of different events and classification transitions. We provide our customers with a rich GUI for threat analysis and powerful APIs for workflow automation.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will provide DevOps expertise around building, maintaining, and improving the product and organization-related pipelines, as well as support the organization in managing the deployed services on our data center as well as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud infrastructure. This position is based in Croatia.

*For this position we are only considering candidates that are already based in Croatia!

What you will do

  • Work with the development teams on the CI/CD process to deploy new and upgrade existing services
  • Use technologies such as Jenkins, Terraform, Packer, Kubernetes, Git, Helm, Ansible, Bash, and Python
  • Build platforms and services on multiple platforms, for example, AWS EC2, Azure VM, vSphere, Docker
  • Monitor, update, and improve existing services and provide production support in cloud and on-premise environments
  • Create dashboards and alerts in monitoring systems such as TIG, Prometheus, ELK
  • Support a team of developers and QA engineers in delivering scalable solutions
  • Participate in team activities — operational and strategic planning and prioritization, code and architecture review, pipeline and automation development, documenting the delivered code, mentoring 
  • Create and update tickets and documentation by using tools such as Jira and Confluence

Requirements

    • Strong knowledge of Linux, primarily CentOS/RHEL, Ubuntu
    • Experience with:  
      • IaC/automation tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible 
      • CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD
      • Python, Bash, or similar scripting language
      • Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
      • Containerization technologies like Docker
    • Enthusiasm for teamwork, constant learning, and adapting to new circumstances
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
    • 3+ years of professional experience in a related field
  • Desirable skills
    • Experience with:
      • Kubernetes
      • Networking
      • VMware
      • Monitoring and alerting solutions
    • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
