We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and work to implement a strategy for personalized indices, involving index selection, technical and fundamental analysis, risk management, and automation of trading processes.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java.

Role and responsibilities
- Work on enhancing and optimizing the customized indices chain for intraday trading on the equity desk.
- Collaborate with traders to implement algorithmic trading solutions, focusing on real-time market conditions.
- Develop and maintain high-performance Java applications in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Implement technical indicators (moving averages, RSI, Bollinger Bands) and integrate market data feeds to identify trading trends.
- Work with risk management tools (stop-loss, take-profit) and contribute to the automation of trading strategies.
- Engineering degree with strong problem-solving skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in Java development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading desk environment.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and finance—preferably equity markets, but experience in other financial products is acceptable if the candidate is highly adaptable.
- Ability to work independently, resourceful, and quick to learn new concepts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with traders and quantitative analysts.
The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$140,000
