The role:
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Development Team Lead to help us build out our feature set. As a Dev Team Lead you’ll be responsible for developing new features and services to help us continue to deliver a great product to our customers that helps our company and their money grow. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. We’d also like you to have hands-on experience on software development and be able to manage and understand our current architecture and more importantly embrace our engineering values and vision.
About you:
- Strong communicator who can lead technical discussions at all levels and able to explain a complex technical issue to someone non-technical
- Previous programming language experience in PHP
- Experience with a PHP framework such as Laravel or Symfony
- A team player who will be committed to the cause, flexible, reliable and responsible. Our managers are active listeners who keep their team informed and are always at hand to support and respect others
- An understanding of microservice architecture and how to develop microservices, if preferable but not required
