Job Summary:
We are seeking a Development Operations Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to support and optimize our development infrastructure. The ideal candidate will specialize in Jenkins and the Atlassian toolchain, ensuring efficient and reliable CI/CD workflows. This role will involve collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline automation, improve deployment pipelines, and maintain robust DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Administer and optimize the Atlassian toolchain, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
Automate deployment, monitoring, and management processes.
Collaborate with development teams to improve build and release workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures and inefficiencies.
Implement best practices for configuration management and infrastructure as code.
Ensure security and compliance in DevOps processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
3-5 years of experience in Development Operations or a related field.
Proficiency in Jenkins for automation and pipeline management.
Strong expertise in the Atlassian toolchain (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Groovy) for automation.
Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Understanding of DevSecOps principles and security best practices.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
