Levridge is looking for a highly motivated, honest, and passionate Developer who wants to help develop our team. We're creating industry-shaping IP to help agriculture businesses take advantage of the robust infrastructure that Microsoft Dynamics provides. We're looking for someone with development experience in X++ or in .NET.
This role will be instrumental in the hands-on configuration, implementation, support, and optimization of Levridge commodity and ag sales modules.
This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States.
A Day in the Life
- Meet with project or product teams to understand their requirements
- Develop integrations between systems to meet product and project needs
- Modify or create forms, reports, tables or custom logic in X++ according to requirements within the time allotted by the estimates provided
- Document features developed
- Work with functional consultants and product managers to understand business processes and requirements
- Relay status updates as needed to project managers and other team members
- Write blogs on development topics to contribute to the Levridge blog
- Explain technical features to functional team members
- Unit test customizations and product features
- When needed, build modifications for clients according to the designs outlining the features and within the time allotted by the estimates provided
- Assist product managers and functional consultants with technical questions related to gathering, defining, and documenting requirements
- Foster and champion psychological safety and a positive team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience programming in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or 3+ years of experience in .NET
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
- Certifications in Dynamics platform
- Basic understanding of Dynamics platform functionality
- Familiarity with version control tools
- Experience with Visual Studio
- Ability to write statements querying a SQL database
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Willing to constantly update oneself on new software and market conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to periodically meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.

Compensation
- Our philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance. Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.
US (USD): $80,000 - $110,000
