The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) team is part of Payment Product Development (PPD) Technology team and is responsible for managing system requirements, design, development, integration, quality assurance, implementation and maintenance of corporate applications. The team works closely with business owners of these services to deliver industry leading packaged software and customer developed solutions.
The candidate will work as part of the CLM team to build and support applications to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the contract lifecycle management business function. This role will participate in design, development, testing and support of CLM application and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in developing technical solutions in iCertis’s contract lifecycle management modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support high quality technical solutions on Icertis CLM platform
Integrate Icertis CLM with MS Dynamics 365 CRM and other applications using Icertis connectors or by building custom solutions using webservices.
Should have hands-on experience in coding, architecture and designing solutions.
Provide technical solutions for the business needs/requirements.
Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations in a project lead capacity.
Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design.
Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with different/competing timelines and demands.
Flexible to work on Project Implementations, Operations and Support activities.
Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels
Mentor Jr Developers and oversee programming functions to ensure that projects are securely delivered and fulfill expectations.
Coordinate with other developers and stakeholders for providing technical solutions for implementation and support related needs including working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance.
Comfortable working with both technical and business staff, and flexible in working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance.
Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design.
Create technical documentation and procedures while maintaining best practices and following Visa's methodology for development, installation, and maintenance.
Own critical Visa applications/services necessitating in coordination with teams in different time zones, including during non-standard hours as necessary.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs
