Developer 3 ServiceNow Development ( 6+ years Experience )

• Perform all tasks related to ServiceNow Develoment.
• Responsible in the investigation and resolution of ServiceNow bugs and issues reported.
• Collaborate with business users, Business Analyst and/or Project Managers to understand and interprete business requirements.
• Coordinate with System Architects to build solution design. 
• Write technical design documents.
• Conduct functional test and support user testing.
• Perform other related tasks as necessary.
• Reports task progress status regularly.

• Must have at least 6 years experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Strong background in HTML, Javascript, APIs.
• Development experience on Service Portal, Now Mobile, CMDB, HR Scope App, Knowledge Base, workflows, and more.
• Have a knowledge in DevOps or Agile methodologies.
• Have a basic undestanding of ITSM, IT Incident and Change Management.
