TEMES is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our Destination Marketing Department.

The objective of this role is to develop compelling marketing content, develop and execute initiatives that elevate the destination's profile in the market and ensure the consistent application of brand standards across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, effective collaboration with stakeholders, and a proven track record in a similar role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Brand Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of the brand by all internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent application of brand standards across all marketing materials and platforms. Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications.
  • Content and Collateral Development: Develop and produce high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives and craft compelling brand narratives and collateral materials to support marketing campaigns. Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice and values.
  • Navarino Agora Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with Navarino Agora’s stakeholders to design and develop a programming calendar. Create and distribute content and communication materials across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Sports Marketing: Lead marketing efforts for Sports, ensuring alignment with the overall destination branding and marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and market penetration through collaborations with our key stakeholders.
  • Publication Management: Oversee the development, production, and distribution of the Costa Navarino Stories magazine.
  • Corporate Marketing and Branding: Manage and maintain TEMES and Group corporate marketing and branding efforts.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and campaign execution.
  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek. Any other language will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
