概要

デザイナーとしてクリエイティブディレクター、コピーライター、アートディレクターと共にクロスファンクショナルなチームの一員となり、アイデアやビジュアルの開発を行い、クラフト(デザイン、タイポグラフィ、レイアウト、レタッチ、トンマナの規定)業務を中心にデジタル、ソーシャル、アクティベーションなど全方位でのビジュアル開発に従事していただきます。

業務責任

  • クリエイティブチームの一員としてキャンペーンアイデア、アートディレクション、コピーライティング立案などのアイデアをビジュアル制作し、クライアントへ提案する。
  • 制作物へのクオリティに責任を持ち、成果物がマーケティング目標達成と課題を解決することを目指す。

主な役割

  • ビジュアル制作、カンプ制作業務
  • キャンペーンやプロモーション、コンテンツへの企画/アイデア開発およびブレインストーミング
・クライアントへのプレゼンテーションやコミュニケーション
・海外広告賞出展への積極的な関与

必要スキル/経験

  • 3年以上のクリエイティブチームでの(広告キャンペーン立案などの)代理店/制作業務経験
     
  • 広告業界にて3年以上のデザイン・制作経験
     
  • オフラインや紙だけでなくデジタル・ソーシャル・モバイル等との融合的な知識と経験をお持ちの方
     
     
    (カルチャーへの造詣が深く、多趣味であること)
     
  • クリエイティブな思考を視覚的に表現できるグラフィックデザイン経験をお持ちの方
     
  • 日本語:母国語レベル、英語: 日常会話レベル以上
     
  • ポジティブでチームワークを大切にできる方
     
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, PowerPointに加えてFigma/GenAIでのイメージ生成などの経験があれば尚可

Job Overview

As a designer, you will be part of a cross-functional team with the Creative Director, Copywriter and Art Director to develop ideas and visuals.

You will be involved in the development of visuals across the board, including digital, social, and activation, with a focus on craft (design, typography, layout, retouching, and tonmana stipulations) work.

Key Accountabilities

  • As a member of the creative team, drive campaign ideas, art direction, and copywriting development, and make proposals to clients.
  • Responsible for the quality of the production and ensuring that the deliverables meet marketing goals and solve problems.

Core Duties

  • Visual production and comping services
  • Planning/idea development and brainstorming for campaigns, promotions and content
  • Client presentations and communications
  • Active participation in international advertising awards

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of agency/production experience (e.g., ad campaign planning) on a creative team
  • 3+ years of design and production experience in the advertising industry
  • Knowledge and experience with not only offline and paper, but also with digital, social, mobile, etc. (must have a deep knowledge of culture and be multi-talented)
  • Experience in graphic design that can visually express creative thinking.
  • Japanese: Native level, English: Daily conversation level or above
  • Positive and teamwork oriented
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, PowerPoint
  • Image generation in Figma/GenAI is a plus
