We are looking for a passionate Design System Designer to join our team and contribute to designing an innovative, world-class product seen and used by millions of customers daily. You will be part of a growing design system team that is continuously enhancing our sports and entertainment experience. You will use your skills to create engaging, enjoyable, and valuable ways for our users to interact and experience our product. As a member of the broader design system team, you will contribute to an end-to-end development process, always advocating for the customer at every stage.

What business as usual means:

• We operate within a centralized model, providing services to the development teams that need our support.
• Our cooperation is framed in between two-week sprints, resulting in a well-defined and documented design process.
• You’ll have time to learn and grow in weekly design chapter meetings.
• Business as usual doesn’t just involve velocity, designs, and tickets—it also includes participation in the Norman Nielsen certification.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience collaborating with a centralized design system team to align on standards and practices.
• Skill in gathering and assessing design system requests from multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to perform technical reviews on design deliverables to ensure compliance with system guidelines and checklists.
• Experience in creating, documenting, and maintaining design system components, from basic elements to complex structures, along with comprehensive guidelines for designers and developers.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong focus on design systems.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience in designing for various platforms, including desktop, mobile, and native apps.
• Comfortable working iteratively and confidently in an Agile, cross-functional environment.
• Solid understanding of design systems, including the use of design tokens.
• A user-centric mindset with a genuine desire to understand and fulfill user needs, including considerations for accessibility.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with transaction-intensive industries like FinTech, or an interest in sports betting.
• An ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of usability testing and A/B testing principles.
• A problem-solver with a knack for innovative solutions and the drive to bring them to life.
• Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail, yet capable of maintaining a strategic view.
