We are hiring a Design Manager to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.
What you'll be doing:
Working closely with our engineering and product teams, this individual will lead all UX, design, and research efforts using Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach for one of our core teams. This role serves as the main point of contact, overseeing the entire process from concept to implementation. A balanced blend of design expertise, research acumen, and strategic thinking is essential for success in this position.

United States Wage Range: $135,000 – $170,000
