The role
You will manage the product design team, be the lead designer on our core product, and foster a strong design culture at Mutiny. This is a player / coach role with a 70 / 30 expectation. You will contribute to the evolution of the Mutiny product and our design language. You inform how new products are integrated into the existing product and work across teams to evolve the platform. You will shape how we work — defining the culture, norms, and expectations of the discipline.
What you'll do:
1. Product design (player): Lead the research, design, and improvement of our core product across two pods.
2. Management / culture (coach): Coach a high impact team. Foster a healthy design culture. Elevate the impact of design across the organization.
3. Quality: Elevate the quality of product experiences that are shipped to our customers.
