Mechanical Development of Hydraulic Brake System products via recognition, implementation and confirmation of performance, management of CAD data and drawings in order to achieve and satisfy the customer´s demands.
-Develop components and assemblies, create drawings according to 3D model and specifications based on Continental standards.
-Utilize tolerance calculations, force calculations and design tools for design validate calculations to attend technical issues.
-Execute meetings for planning activities and execution for assigned projects.
-Develop new supplier according with Continental requirements.
-Analyze for update and maintenance DFMEAs.
-Cost reduction proposals evaluation and feasibility.
-Provide technical analysis and solve technical topics.
*Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Preferred).
*At least 1 year working on Implementation projects (automotive) and working with multidisciplinary teams.
*2 years as design engineer or related activities on automotive industry.
*CAD drawing and modeling, software CATIA, NX
*Interpretation of tolerance and GD&T.
*Core tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA)
*Fluent English language capabilities to communicate with technical terms, >50% of daily work with other locations.
*Demonstrate experience in administration of project in multiple phases.
