TEMES Group is a leading investor, developer and operator of high-end tourism and real estate destinations in Greece.

The Group owns Costa Navarino, one of the largest tourism investments in the Mediterranean. The destination encompasses five distinct resort areas developed on 1,000 hectares, featuring 5-star hotels, luxury private residences, signature golf courses, and many year-round facilities and activities.

The Group also controls Ionian Hotel Enterprises S.A., owner of a historic and flagship property in the center of Athens, which is currently being transformed into a new city destination.

Additionally, TEMES has partnered with Lamda Development S.A. with the majority stake in the joint development of two state-of-the-art hotels along with branded residences in the framework of the landmark project of The Ellinikon, which aims to put the ‘Athens Riviera’ on the global tourism map.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Architect for our Real Estate - Design Development Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development process across all design stages, including: Briefs and Product formations, Master planning development, Design RFPs, Tender reviews, Concept, Schematic and Final design reviews, Tenders for Construction packages, Construction RFIs, Consultants and Client coordination
  • Work towards the design coordination for all residential and mixed-use development projects.
  • Adhering to budgets, timelines and aesthetics. 
  • Communicate with Consultants, Suppliers, and Clients. 
  • Liaise with internal teams (PMs, procurement, technical department, marketing, sales etc.) in order to collect, process and provide all necessary information to external designers and consultants.
  • Review Consultants submissions with critical mind.
  • Collaborate with Consultants and ensure deliverables are in accordance with scope, schedule, and company standards.
  • Address problems and propose solutions.
  • Act upon the best interest of Client/Investor and future Owners.
  • Respond to RFIs
  • Address Sustainability issues.
  • Be up to date with current global design trends, innovative techniques, and materials.
  • Produce visualization materials upon request.
  • Prepare reports as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support where needed.
  • Meet other general or specific responsibilities, according to business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field (required)
  • Master's Degree (desired)
  • 4-8 years’ experience in real estate development, design and construction
  • Knowledge of Greek building codes and regulatory standards (incl. NOK & KENAK standards)
  • Up to speed with market needs and trends
  • Multitasking
  • Familiar with CAD programs
  • Very good level of English & Greek
