Design Architect

Cosy Hauz, a leading company in the real estate industry, is seeking a talented Design Architect to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and designing the architectural plans for various residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for architecture, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and design architectural plans for residential and commercial properties
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed to the highest possible standard
• Coordinate with other architects and designers to ensure that projects meet company standards
• Understand building codes and regulations to ensure compliance is met
• Review and evaluate project progress to ensure that it meets the approved design
• Present design proposals to clients, project managers and company executives
• Estimate project costs and set project timelines to ensure completion of projects within budget and deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and building
• Proficient in using various design software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Ability to evaluate and solve complex design problems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, contractors, and project managers
• Experience in creating project timelines and meeting tight deadlines.
