Responsibilities-
●Identify potential clients, maintain order databases, and update prospect list, by assisting the sales team providing essential support for effective sales operations
●Responding to vendor inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and following up with vendors.
●Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department.
●Work closely with marketing, product, credit risk and operations team
●Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
●Providing intelligent data or reports to the sales team basis the market research or market trends.
●Maintaining MIS for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
●Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports
●Timely submission of the reports to government and RBI.
●Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
●Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
●Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
●Suggest sales process improvements
Skills & Requirements:
●Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
●Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
●Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
●In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
●Excellent communication skills
●Analytical and multitasking skills
●Teamwork and motivational skills
●BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
