We are looking for a results-driven and decisive leader to drive the operational transformation of our Manila office. This key leadership position involves overseeing the operational control framework and setting the direction for the future of Rimes in Manila. You will ensure high standards of operational excellence, lead key initiatives, and be prepared to transition into the Head of Manila role by the end of 2025.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Devise and execute an Operational Control Governance Framework across Rimes Operations. Lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of operational controls to ensure alignment with internal and external standards.

Closing Operational Gaps: Identify, escalate, and oversee the resolution of operational control gaps. Track progress and ensure gaps are closed within agreed timeframes.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and external regulations. Promote best practices, provide training, and stay informed of evolving standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong communication across operational teams, ensuring smooth workflows and enhancing collaboration. Act as a bridge between teams, driving a cohesive operational strategy.

Centre of Excellence: Collaborate with the Manila Management Committee to implement initiatives that enhance operational processes, systems, and team capabilities, making Manila a leading operational hub.

Deputizing for Head of Manila: Oversee the ongoing strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring timely execution of objectives. Lead Manila’s transformation strategy and be prepared to assume full leadership of the Manila office by 2026.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
-
At least 10 years in senior management roles, preferably in investment management or operational services.

Proven track record in managing operational controls and leading multi-functional teams.

Experience in overseeing data management, including ETF, Indices, operational data sets including Pricing, Security Reference Data, and managed Data Services.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading large teams and delivering operational excellence.

Strategic Execution: Experience in driving transformation projects and achieving strategic goals in a global environment.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with control frameworks and management within DORA, ISO Standards, SOC 2, GDPR,

Skills: Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
