Roles and Responsibilities
- The is a mid senior team lead position where it will be critical for leader to deliver on enabling KPI related to procurement & supply chain
- This position entails rich domain experience in luggage , handbags , watches, home & Kitchen products across product development , manufacturing excellence & vendor strategy
- The role requires good leadership capabilities to lead a team and engage effectively with x functional stakeholders
- The role mandates through understanding of costing fundamentalls , cost negotiations and the related financial ratios for evaluating business profitability
- Should be having good capability to understand application of information technology including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Query language and be able to quickly learn new applications enabling product lifecycle management process.
- Must have a good rational approach, problem solving and be capable of understanding the working process quickly .
- Possess sound communication and negotiation skills to influence key stakeholders within and outside the organization
Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years of proven work experience in accessories & ecommerce business & prcurement
- Familiar withsourcing environment , manufacturing , vendor & trade policies
- Ability to implement new development projects, gain stakeholder support & collaborate .
- Ability to handle numbers , budgets and gather market intelligence from source base.
- Needs to have relevant professional degree & certifications from established institutions
Sourcing Operations for Fast fashion
Roles and Responsibilities
- Should be having good capability to understand application of information technology in apparel including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Query language and be able to quickly learn new applications enabling product lifecycle management process.
- Would be able to proactively work with multiple teams within myntra on all merchandising activities leading to product commercialisation at competitive cost.
- Identify and refresh the seasonal library of product components, fits, and vendor sources.
- Should understand the manufacturing process of fabrics ,finishes , garment construction and fit. Have knowledge of international + domestic apparel sourcing costs, quality, product safety and vendor management tools and process.
- Should be having good capability to understand application of information technology in apparel including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Query language and be able to quickly learn new applications enabling product lifecycle management process.

- 5 years of proven work experience in apparel product development and sourcing.
- Understanding of textile and apparel market segments and keen eye for detailing .
- Familiar with apparel sourcing terms , vendor management and negotiation tools .

- Ability to handle numbers , budgets and gather market intelligence from source base.
- Needs to have relevant professional degree & certifications from established institutions
