Roles and Responsibilities
● Growth of Accelerator Brand Business on Myntra through both addition of new brands and
disproportionately growing the business of the current brands
● Identifying and onboarding the right brands to enrol on the program along with thorough Due
diligence as per Walmart regulations.
● Responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship for the accelerator brands.
● Working with the internal teams across category, revenue, store, finance, Catalog, Returns to
lead growth & performance of the portfolio.
● Conducting regular dep-dives & whitespace analysis and working with the brands to drive
growth & enable expansion into new categories/article types.
● Enhancing the Accelerator program structure to create differential experience for the brands
from the current set of MP brands
● Co-owning the profitability through the brands for Myntra
● Working on the sweat equity investment into the brands including driving due-diligence and
negotiations
● Interface with external firms (Big 4s and law firms) to drive DDs, valuations, and subsequent
investment in the brands.
● Identifying and solving for sales opportunities on Myntra for the brands
Qualifications & Experience
● MBA with 5+ years of experience in Strategy/Planning/Sales/Program Management/Consulting
● Strong communication and project management skills
● Strong Analytical Skills, presentation skills and analytical skills
● The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
● Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage
