Department Coordinator

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Full-Time
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channels including vendors, distributors, resellers and partners.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with these channels.
  • Assist the team in different activities, including but not limited to RFP Translation, Proposals Preparation, and CVs Consolidation.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as HR, Bidding, Marketing, Operations, Finance and others.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as and when needed.
  • Coordinate and manage departmental events and activities.
  • Maintain departmental records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Follow up with different team members, departments and Customer to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to department members

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of similar experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and Time Management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Arabic and English speaking and writing skills are required for this role.
  • Should be available in KSA, either Saudi or with Transferrable Iqama
