About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our Sales & Operations Planning team. You will be responsible for taking our S&OP process to the next level. You will drive the performance of our demand planning in one of Emma’s European markets, improving the company’s planning and stability. You will use data to drive improvements and make informed decisions. You will be crucial for Emma’s growth, by achieving a seamless customer experience. 🚀 

What you'll do

  • Create a robust and accurate demand forecast that will drive inventory, production, and distribution decisions. 
  • Analyze and evaluate historical demand patterns to develop accurate forecasting models that support business planning. 
  • Collaborate with Emma’s country teams to ensure alignment on customer demand, promotions, and new product launches. 
  • Proactively develop and implement process improvements to optimize the S&OP process. 

Who we're looking for:

  • You have a bachelor’s or master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. 
  • Relevant experience in Demand Planning or Sales and Operations Planning.
  • You are highly structured, with strong organizational talent. 
  • You are analytically strong, can draw meaningful insights when looking at data, and have a problem-solving mindset. 
  • You are comfortable in independently managing complex data sets and driving business insights from them. Proficiency in data querying and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
