This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our Sales & Operations Planning team. As the leader of our talented demand planners, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing their growth and maximizing their potential. You'll be at the forefront of our continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with other teams, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and driving transformative change to elevate our performance. 🚀
What you'll do:
- Lead our demand planners by providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
- Lead Emma’s S&OP process, analysing sales data and incorporating input from all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Emma’s country teams, marketing and operations to incorporate customer insights into forecasts.
- Work closely with the Supply Planning team to ensure that the demand plan is reflected in the supply plan and that inventory levels are optimized.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assess market trends, competitor activity, and other external factors that impact demand planning, adjusting forecasts as needed to respond to changing market conditions.
Who we are looking for:
- You have solid experience in demand planning, as well as S&OP processes.
- You have strong leadership and team management skills.
- You have expertise in forecasting tools and methodologies.
- You are analytically strong, can draw meaningful insights when looking at data and have a problem-solving mindset.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization, as well as very good English skills.
