About the Job

As the Demand Optimization Lead, you'll serve as the technical liaison between our exchange team and external clients, facilitating communication and collaboration between commercial, product, and engineering departments. This role interfaces with both supply and demand sides, focusing on delivering innovative solutions to meet the needs of Sovrn Exchange's external customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work cross functionally with both Demand Team, Account Managers and their managed accounts.
  • Primary contact for any/all DSP integrations in XSP
  • Optimization and scaling of all Demand Partner accounts
  • Work closely with Product to help define, using Voice of the Customer, future Sovrn product initiatives and their relative importance to our partners.
  • Championing Sovrn's product initiatives and ensuring end-to-end support with our customers.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on Partner Nuance.
  • Working to create and manifest incremental revenue from our partners.
  • General optimizations of all customer accounts, supply & demand.
  • Identification of incremental revenue generation opportunities throughout the exchange.
  • Deal creation and curation in lockstep with Demand Team
  • Data Analysis of the overall Exchange landscape & health through the lens of cost saving measures, partner efficiency, and incremental uplift tracking.
  • Being a Sovrn internal tools subject matter expert, providing assistance to any department requiring data and/or platform changes.
  • Act as a partner-liaison between our customers and our engineering teams.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the ad tech or digital media industry.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of DSP integrations and exchange platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple departments, including commercial, product, and engineering.
  • Proficient in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a proven track record of championing customer needs and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of Sovrn's product initiatives and the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of partner nuances and the ability to become a subject matter expert on Sovrn's internal tools.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within tight deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package includes eligibility for commissions compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual earnings may vary depending on the candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.
