Demand Generation Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. This role focuses on content creation and lifecycle marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong ability to craft compelling content, execute targeted campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation
    • Develop high-quality, engaging content (i.e. eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, etc.)
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify content gaps and fill them
    • Optimize content for SEO and performance across all channels
    • Repurpose existing content into new formats for maximum reach
  • Lifecycle Marketing
    • Implement email nurture campaigns that guide leads through the buyer’s journey
    • Ensure proper segmentation is implemented to keep prospects engaged
    • Partner with the sales team to align lifecycle marketing efforts with sales objectives
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics to improve overall effectiveness
  • Webinars
    • Ideate monthly webinar campaigns that engage prospects
    • Coordinate all stages of production and ensuring all presentations are prepared
    • Managing the live experience, ensuring all attendees are engaged
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics to improve overall effectiveness
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (with HubSpot, webinar platforms, etc.)
    • Report on key metrics (i.e. Leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth, ROI, etc.) 
    • Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in demand gen, lifecycle marketing, and ABM

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of demand generation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, webinar platforms.Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
  • Strong data analysis skills with a track record of using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and measure performance.
  • Experience in creating, curating, and distributing valuable content that resonates with professional services firms (law firms, accountants, etc.).
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and lead quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they tie into lead generation strategies is a plus.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with the legal services industry or working with law firms.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce.
