THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Demand Generation Manager to our Revenue Marketing team in São Paulo

YOUR IMPACT

  • You will be responsible for analyzing, generating, and accelerating our pipelines, looking into channel performance, sales cycles, conversion rates and other key metrics.
  • You will lead the strategy on messaging and keep your finger on the pulse of market and competitor changes and trends. You would be expected to consistently provide insights on how to adapt to competitor and market trends and mitigate risks.
  • To achieve this, you will:
    • Create a lead generation strategy for enterprise and mid-market accounts (social media, nurture).
    • Your extensive experience in leading, developing and executing impactful B2B events, webinars, and trade shows is well-suited for this role, especially since you’ve previously managed events that prioritize client engagement and ROI measurement. This background in event planning will allow you to create meaningful experiences that showcase Wellhub solutions effectively.
    • Understand our segments, industries and personas, and lead the strategy to adapt our marketing efforts to the sales cycle and the buyer’s journey.
    • Strive to build a predictable pipeline that makes it easy to forecast and replicate success.
    • Partner with PR and our content creators to create more content, promote it more efficiently and help BR Wellhub and our country lead become thought leaders in the market.
  • You need to be a business partner to the BR Revenue teams, working in alignment with them and ensuring mutual accountability to guarantee the revenue team can anticipate marketing action as well as understand marketing impact. You will be expected to engage with executive level stakeholders, build resource and budget business cases that require buy-in and have impact across different markets and teams.
  • Your collaborative work style, combined with your experience liaising with sales, product, and customer success teams, aligns with the position's need for cohesive, goal-driven teamwork.
  • Your strengths in data-driven decision-making and campaign performance tracking will enable you to establish goals, analyze participant costs, and assess ROI to guide future marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Your familiarity with B2B environments, combined with your current role targeting HR leaders, positions you well to influence this audience directly through industry events and partnerships.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Your academic credentials in Advertising and Marketing, along with proven experience in integrated marketing and digital campaign management, align well with the requirements.
  • Your hands-on experience in B2B field marketing and driving business growth through targeted campaigns across various events positions you well for this role.
  • With a strong background using marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Hubspot, you bring the technical skills needed for efficient campaign management and reporting.
  • You have managed demand generation campaigns that include segmentation strategies, A/B testing, and a variety of channels, aligning closely with the desired experience here.
  • Your problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and logical reasoning complement this role’s focus on balancing high-level strategy with detailed execution.
  • The emphasis on global, inclusive marketing resonates with your approach to unlock growth opportunities through innovative, forward-thinking strategies.
  • Your proficiency in Portuguese and English is an asset, especially in a role requiring effective communication with internal teams and external clients across diverse settings.
  • Known for your ability to thrive in dynamic environments, you’ll bring adaptability, a positive attitude, and a hands-on mindset to contribute immediately to Wellhub’s goals.
