How you will make an impact: 

Reporting to the Director of North America Marketing, you will play a crucial role in transforming campaign responses into business opportunities.

Your focus will be to support large-scale integrated campaigns (online and offline) and lead broader audience initiatives such as trade shows, webinars, virtual events, and content collaborations. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of trade shows, webinars, and content collaborations with cross-departments, including partners and clients
  • Write/contribute to short-form copy (email sequences, landing pages, social posts)
  • Support integrated campaigns and optimize lead follow-up processes
  • Analyze reports to track the success of demand generation programs

Preferred tools experience:

  • Salesforce, Marketo
  • Webinar platforms (Zuddle, Goldcast, Zoom)
  • WordPress
  • Data visualization tools (Tableau, Sigma, Looker)

We are looking for people who:

  • Understand lead generation metrics including CTR, impressions, conversions, leads, MQLs, pipeline, etc.; competency using data to optimize performance and focus activities
  • Exemplary organizational and prioritization skills - project-oriented with an attention to detail; proven ability to influence team members to complete their tasks on time
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
  • Strong copywriting and grammar skills, creating copy and headlines that motivate different audiences
  • Comfortable navigating Salesforce CRM, Marketo or another Marketing Automation Platform
  • A "can-do" attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple projects

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $83,000 - $126,000 Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
