Turing is searching for an experienced Strategy Operations Lead to join our Delivery team. This is a high-impact role that focuses on driving critical initiatives end to end i.e., from concept to strategy, execution, and scale-up.

The role is ideal for a high-caliber individual who possesses a strong mix of operations and management consulting experience. The role involves significant cross-functional leadership to drive an initiative and move metrics – working closely with diverse functions such as GTM, product, engineering, data science, operations and finance. It is an ideal role for a leader who is keen to work on high-impact company-wide initiatives with a “general manager” mindset. We are especially interested in someone who has demonstrated the ability to work with multiple levers to deliver business results in the past. 

What you’ll do:

  • Driving and owning critical initiatives end to end i.e., from concept to strategy,  execution, and scale up.
  • Defining the strategy for initiatives, potential impact, success metrics, and go/no go.
  • Defining and executing plans with key milestones and success metrics – including MVPs and scale-ups – with close cross-functional coordination.
  • Engaging with GTM, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations stakeholders to align project objectives, secure necessary resources, and drive project success.
  • Be a key strategic thought partner to the Head of Operations, Head of R&D, and other senior leaders.

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of total experience across operating at a high-growth startup ( preferably at the intersection of technology and operations) and 2+ years in management consulting
    • Must have 2 years of experience at management consulting firms
  • Experience in planning, leading & driving end-to-end initiatives as the DRI
  • Experience with basic data analytics - SQL, Python, Excel. 
  • Preferably have experience working with one or more of the following functions - Stratops, Bizops, General management, Product Operations 
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (in business administration, engineering, finance, or economics-related fields).
    • MBA preferred
