As a Delivery project Manager you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. The Project Manager works alongside Technical Integration Managers and Account Managers.
As a project manager you will proactively lead stakeholders from across the group, locally and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine and define project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan and schedules
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with the partner and project team
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Coordinate internal resources and external for the flawless execution of projects
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about adjustments and progress.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal departments as well as external partners.
- Direct point of contact with GIG partners and being the bridge between all GIG verticals.
- Support in the development of the PMO department with improving running processes and documentations as well as educating the wider group.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

- Industry experience - previous experience working within the iGaming industry, preferably for a B2B Casino/Sportsbook provider is highly appreciated.
