Our Delivery Principals will be accountable for the overall successful delivery in an account and responsible, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth. You will play a role in the following:
- Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Private or Public Sector
- Drive application modernisation and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
- Deliver applications, services, products or platforms
- Ensures appropriate governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.
- Overview view of large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
- You will be communicating and negotiating effectively and credibly with our clients.
- Driving presales and business development to expanding an existing business, including written bid-response and formal presentations.
- Applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.
- Motivating and empowering teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 Core Values.

- Significant evidence of managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Private or Public Sector
- Experience in complex application modernisation and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
- Experience in delivering applications, services, products or platforms (3 of 4 required)
- Experience in managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
- Evidence of being able to communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly. Strong commercial awareness and sound understanding of project challenges, particularly in a multi-supplier environment.
- Significant presales and business development experience, including written bid-response and formal presentations.
- Experience applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.
