Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the overall strategy and project deliveries with the CGU head and bridge the business needs with the technical team
- Create and manage a scope of project deliverables and communicate it to stakeholders (both external and internal)
- Determine the priority of project backlog items in order to deliver the maximum outcome
- Act as a liaison for business stakeholders and end-users, determining whether each story meets their shared expectations
- Serve as primary contact for customer technical inquiries and concerns
- Perform customer negotiations for delivery milestones
- Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
- Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
- Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
- Develop process improvements to achieve effectiveness and time saving
- Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
- Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
- Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
- Evaluate progress at each iteration - make sure that the development delivers the expected outcomes
- Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
- Report delivery status to customers and organize delivery of all required documentations
- Prepare recommendations for business decisions that need to be made to meet customer expectations
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery manager (Product Owner, Project Management or Business Analysis)
- Working experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project
- Upper-intermediate level of English, both speaking and writing
- Multitasking, the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Experience in the process set up inside the Scrum team
- Experience in personas writing
- Experience in working with SaaS applications
- Experiences with modeling notation (bpmn, uml)
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Product development mindset
