Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting clients' expectations, and managing the overall delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery process of projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that deliverables are met within budget and schedule
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Manage client relationships and serve as a point of contact for project updates and escalations
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven experience in managing the delivery of projects
