Delivery Manager

iKnowHow Group is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2024 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects and services within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment between project objectives and client expectations. The Delivery Manager is a key liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, risk management, and delivering high-value outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring that all aspects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and effective task delegation.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that they are addressed promptly.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve delivery methodologies and processes, adopting best practices to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, manage resources effectively, and ensure optimal allocation across multiple projects.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly report on project progress to internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and actionable updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards of quality, and oversee testing and validation processes where necessary.
  • Contract & SLA Management: Ensure that all contractual obligations, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • Education: Engineering, IT, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in project/delivery management, preferably in software development, IT services, etc.
    • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, with an ability to manage client expectations and internal teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and business needs.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify project challenges and implement solutions.
  • Collaboration: Promote a culture of teamwork, transparency, and collaboration across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrix organization.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
