Requirements
- 5+ years’ background in complex and major program/project management
- Experience in managing workstreams/project initiatives in large-scale, complex transformations preferably at a global scale
- Competency in managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to manage heavy workloads to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high standards of work by planning and prioritizing effectively
- Capability to guide, lead, and coach client leadership/project teams across the lifecycle of complex programs and strategic initiatives
- Attention to detail, with a special focus on written work is essential for this role
- Communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact across all levels of the organization, are essential for this role

Responsibilities
- Be accountable for overall program delivery activity ensuring they follow defined standards and governance structures
- Support business leaders and staff in scoping, defining, planning, and executing programs and projects ensuring that all assumptions are validated and quantified
- Lead and be accountable, display behaviors aligned to company values that inspire others to follow
- Ensure transparent factual visibility and communication of progress and points of escalation to key stakeholders including sponsors, work-stream leaders, delivery teams, and third-party suppliers, when applicable
- Maintain robust business cases for the programs that are approved by Business Leaders and finance. Ensure there is continued business case justification throughout the program and project delivery
- Manage dependencies with other initiatives and negotiate resource requirements with responsible management when faced with conflicts in priorities
