For one of our clients, we are looking for a Delivery Leader (Measurement & Evaluation), remotely from Brazil.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and strengthening impact measurement efforts, supporting partners in achieving measurable and data-driven results. As a key member of the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) team, you will lead the development of strategies to track and analyze impact, implement evaluation frameworks, and foster continuous improvement in program delivery. You will also mentor and guide teams while managing internal reporting and ESG initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead internal impact measurement efforts, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Oversee the Impact Dashboard and manage the Impact Analyst to maintain accurate data and actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) strategies to improve impact measurement for both internal teams and clients.
  • Analyze data and present findings as actionable insights to guide decision-making for DA teams and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training and workshops to build capacity in impact measurement and evaluation within client organizations.
  • Manage client M&E engagements, collaborating with senior stakeholders in governments, philanthropies, and NGOs.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in strategy, measurement, evaluation, or data analysis.
  • Strong technical skills in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Authorized to work in the LAC region.
