We are seeking a talented and professional Delivery Director (Data & Cloud Optimization/AI) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight and development of the Data and Cloud Optimization business in support of evolv’s overall business strategy and direction
- Leading clients in development of their strategies and solutions to modernize their data, cloud and AI solutions
- Leading business development (responsible for at least $10M in recognized revenue), delivery management, and people management (at least 40 Team Members) related to Data Solutions & Cloud Optimization, AI and Snowflake.
- Leading in a fast-paced and dynamic environment utilizing virtual and face-to-face interactions; managing complex workstreams and multiple responsibilities using structured approaches for operational excellence; managing expectations, budgets, deliverables, and communicating results to executive level audiences

Leading and oversight of related client work, which can include the following:
- Analyzing current state system/solution architectures, developing future state recommendations, and providing implementation roadmaps.
- Facilitating technical working sessions / workshops.
- Leading business and technical requirements gathering efforts with clients to define optimal solutions with today’s leading technologies.
- Overseeing and participating in initial engagement setup and team deployments.
- Translating SOW to viable workstreams and deliverables for both internal and client teams ensuring alignment to scope.
- Developing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Developing and managing quality standards for all delivery.
- Aiding in stakeholder communications and presentations.
- Lead, develop and mentor Team Members within the practice.
- Developing training plans for the long-term growth of team.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of management consulting experience (from a reputable firm) handling the following: people leadership/development, business development (responsible for $10M - $20M in recognized revenue), overseeing delivery (specifically data related) and etc.
- 10+ years of experience as a data practitioner.
- Significant experience in delivering large-scale, business transformation initiatives with a focus on data, analytics, and AI.
- Expertise in driving teams to exceed deliverables.
- Working knowledge of data science, machine learning and AI.
- Strong Snowflake experience (from technical depth to business development).
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate the insights from findings to relevant stakeholders, leaders, and executives.
