As a Delivery Director, you will play a crucial role in developing the leaders of the future. Within this role you will be responsible for managing the Delivery Management team, driving exceptional client service and enabling analyst headcount growth across a varied set of accounts

Collaboration: Whilst managing a Delivery Management team, you will collaborate across Sales, Learning & Development, People Services and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure smooth and effective end to end processes

 

Key Responsibilities:

Line Management

Management of a team of Delivery Managers across the UK, overseeing 15-20 clients and around 150 Analysts. This role involves coaching Delivery Managers to enhance Analyst performance and address escalated risks, conducting performance reviews, identifying training and development opportunities and providing guidance on best practices.

KPIs & Account Development

Responsibility for driving organic account growth, ensuring the achievement of KPIs and chargeable headcount targets. You will collaborate on the development of account plans, coaching on strategies to identify new growth opportunities and expand existing accounts. Additionally, you will facilitate service review meetings and use feedback to drive continuous improvements in service delivery, reporting key insights to the Grayce ELT.

Account Management

Ensure the successful delivery of services across client accounts. You will be responsible for embedding best practice service procedures as outlined in our Service Delivery Framework and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of placing and retaining analysts within customer accounts. You’ll leverage and enhance operational MI to track job matching, client conversions, onboarding efficiency, and minimise bench time. Additionally, you’ll ensure that assignment lead meetings and Delivery Manager contributions to QBRs provide valuable insights on transition timelines, development progress, and role evolution.

Stakeholder Relationships

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business, ensuring seamless collaboration within the Delivery team and beyond, guiding the team to effectively leverage HQ services to enhance the analyst experience and drive overall operational success.

 

Key Attributes & Skills:

  • Strong negotiation skills and skilled in finding mutually beneficial solution
  • Ability to inspire and lead teams; instil confidence, foster collaboration, and provide clear direction to achieve team goals
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems. Adept at analysing situations, making informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions to overcome challenges
  • Ability to forge solid working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Acting as a role model to team members, applying best practice techniques

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Background in change and transformation, professional services or early careers
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with line management responsibility of managers
  • Experience of advising executives and making decisions on strategic matters.
  • Experience of working in a KPI focused position and leading team members in a KPI environment.
  • Sales knowledge and experience desirable, albeit not essential.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary DOE
  • 25 days of annual leave increasing with every year of service, capped at 30 days
  • Office attendance: On average 2-3 days in office or client site – weekly
