Delivery Business Process Manager

Your main responsibilities

  • Develop and improve returns processes to enhance customer satisfaction in cooperation with other teams: Technology, CX, UX, Legal
  • Leading the implementation of strategic projects as the responsible leader/business owner for selected building blocks or areas
  • Meeting with internal and external partners to understand the needs and provide unique value proposition for the service
  • Implement standardized returns processes to new Allegro platforms in new countries
  • Monitor KPIs related to returns and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee budget and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiating business contracts and and leading new partnerships
  • Focus on the carrier's stream to enhance delivery speed and performance by cooperating with carriers.
  • Cooperating with other project teams 

This job is for you if

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in building successful customer-facing products/solutions or managing related projects. Experience in the logistics and delivery area may be an additional benefit
  • You have experience in building and managing project scope and roadmap
  • You have proven track of record in contract negotiation and working with external companies
  • You are familiar with working in a matrix organization with stakeholders from different functions
  • You are able to build comprehensive recommendations for C-level management
  • You are not afraid of volume or financial analysis and know analytical tools (Tableau, Data Studio)
  • You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a logical and methodical approach in analyzing complex issues and data effectively
  • You are well organized and you can set the right priorities to achieve high quality outputs
  • You are data-driven, results-oriented, and ready to work independently in a fast paced and challenging project-based culture
  • You are able to motivate others and explain sophisticated ideas clearly, gain the respect of clients and colleagues, and work collaboratively
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are able to respect different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures
  • You work effectively in English (desired C1)
