What will I be doing as Deli Manager
You will play a vital role in supporting the front-line operations of our business.
- Drive sales and elevate customer service to meet departmental KPIs
- Minimizing waste and maintaining margins
- Supervise the activities of the team on a daily and on-going basis to ensure necessary tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Ensure high quality and consistent customer service is provided at all times.
- Ensuring that the deli is operating in line with our standards, policies, and procedures.

About you
- Minimum of 2 years of fresh food deli management experience
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP is required.
- Must have experience in ordering and managing waste
- Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Professional & polite manner is essential.
- Committed to delivering great customer experiences in a busy environment.
